Q: When will my order arrive?

A: Once placed, your order will be processed within 3-5 business days. After processing, shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days. Please note that these are estimated times and actual delivery can vary depending on various factors.

Q: What if my bracelet doesn’t fit?

We want you to love your purchase and feel great wearing it! If your bracelet doesn’t fit, please contact us. You have the option to return + get a refund, or have your bracelet altered for a better fit. For alterations, simply send us your measurements along with the bracelet you purchased, and I will make the necessary adjustments ♡

Q: How often do you restock?

The restocking schedule varies by product, as each piece is uniquely crafted and dependent on the availability of the materials. Usually, it can take 2-3 weeks to restock an item.

Q: Do you do international shipping?

As of now, no :( I can only ship within the US and US territories such as Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands, but I plan on shipping worldwide soon!


POLICIES

 

Once an order has been shipped, it is in the care of the USPS. While the package is out of our control, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me asap (no 🪨). I will do my best to replace/repair damaged items, subject to availability. Please note that replacement is not guaranteed and is handled on a case-by-case basis.

I cannot replace/repair damage resulting from misuse by the customer (peep the jewelry care page to learn how to take care of your pieces ♡)

Items in unused and original condition are eligible for returns within 30 days. Please email me to initiate the return process! However, all earrings are final sale due to sanitary reasons and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Bracelets are the only products eligible for alterations.
If your bracelet doesn’t fit as expected, please contact me to request an alteration. The process involves sending the bracelet back along with your specific measurements. I will do my best to adjust it for a better fit. Please note that alterations may take longer if additional supplies are needed. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, and a small fee may apply for the alteration service.
